Technical Support Expert

This full-time role will provide expert technical assistance and product knowledge to clients across Western Australia.

  • Serving as the primary technical contact for clients, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting product issues in a timely manner.
  • Providing training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of mining equipment.
  • Liaising with engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements.
  • Preparing technical documentation and user manuals to support the implementation and use of products.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve product offerings and customer service based on client needs.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and support activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a technical support or product advisory role, preferably within the mining industry.

A strong understanding of heavy equipment design, operation, and maintenance is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
