Our company seeks a proactive and self-motivated Product Specialist Coordinator - Surface Drills to join our expanding Product Support team. This role involves coordinating the support and development of a range of rock drilling equipment.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the commissioning of new equipment, ensure effective after-sales technical support, facilitate training programs, prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation and reports, and act as a key point of contact between us and customers.
  • Frequent travel within Australia is required, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips.

Requirements include a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards, a collaborative approach, an Australian-recognised trade certificate, experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills, previous experience delivering technical and product training, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
