Job Summary

The role of a CRM Specialist involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for clients.

This includes designing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, as well as analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM software, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and tailoring CRM solutions accordingly.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support for client projects.
  • CRM Strategy Development
    • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and personalised communication strategies for various client segments.
    • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer experiences and KPIs.
  • System Management and Integration
    • Manage and configure CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Cloud, for multiple client accounts.
    • Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business tools and platforms used by clients.
  • Training and Support
    • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on CRM best practices and system usage.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in a timely manner for clients.
