Key Role:

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for coordinating logistical and operational support for commercial and scientific engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the project management of logistical and operational support
  • Manage contract execution, service agreements, and vendor liaison
  • Approve and manage HCP engagement
  • Process invoices, manage budgets, and maintain financial trackers
  • Update CRM events and manage customer relationship activities
  • Sources venues, books events, and coordinates logistics with vendors
  • Manage event-related administrative tasks, including purchasing orders and managing incoming invoices
  • Provide information to vendors on payment queries and update relevant systems
  • Attend meetings and ensure ongoing operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage competing demands
  • Technical proficiency in databases, ideally learning systems, and software platforms
