Customer Engagement Manager

We seek a strategic CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer lifecycle initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels in data-driven decision making, understands personalisation's power, and can bring innovative campaign ideas to life.
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies across all channels, including SMS, email, and App.
- Manage and optimise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, or similar.
- Oversee the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring accurate data and effective segmentation.
- Lead customer retention initiatives to boost lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver compelling campaigns, including limited-time offers and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM or customer engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in eCommerce, Retail, FMCG / QSR or digital-first environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and personalisation tools.
