Driving Growth and Excellence

At Singtel Group, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our eCommerce Tribe as a Business Operations Lead. This role will be responsible for driving growth and excellence through strategic operations, working within a fast-paced agile environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support eCommerce strategy and product roadmap development.
  • Define operational objectives and key results to measure and drive performance.
  • Optimise the allocation and utilisation of resources to support business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive operational insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Manage Tribe financial activities, templates, and tasks/roles, including CAPEX and OPEX management, forecasting and reporting, procurement and tracking of costs across cloud, licenses, vendors, professional services and people.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business operations, management consulting, or a strategy role is ideal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, underpinned by excellent project management ability.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
