MAP Education Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Service Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our organisation. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise to support our education services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Manage payroll processing, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate financial transactions within established timelines. Maintain records for compliance with organisational and financial standards.
  • Operational Guidelines: Develop and enforce standardised procedures for education agents, focusing on student counselling, financial documentation, and operational workflows, to ensure consistency and efficiency across all processes.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage administrative, financial, physical, and human resources to support education agents and ensure successful student recruitment.
  • Financial Reporting and Budgeting: Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets, particularly those related to student enrolments, visa processing, and agency fees. Monitor financial performance and optimise budgetary allocations.
  • Strategic and Operational Support: Provide senior management with high-level advice on staff management, financial planning, and facility operations to ensure smooth business operations and long-term planning.
  • External Relations: Represent the organisation in negotiations with educational institutions, migration authorities, and at industry events, showcasing MAP Education Group's services and fostering partnerships to expand its reach.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate services, administration management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and operational processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the education or migration industry is desirable.
