Job Title: Vendor HRIS Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vendor Data Specialist to join our team in an initial contract capacity.

  • Process transactional CWF/Vendor data requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage line leader changes effectively and monitor their implementation.
  • Create and maintain positions for CWF/Vendor workforce as needed.
  • Verify and validate data accuracy, seeking clarification when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor onboarding administration processes, knowledge of company policies and procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they should have experience with SuccessFactors (SAP) and MyPass or similar contractor competency management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management: Process all transactional CWF/Vendor data requests promptly, maintaining data integrity across Lighthouse, SuccessFactors (SF), and downstream systems.
  2. Line Leader Changes: Manage and monitor line leader changes efficiently.
  3. Position Creation: Create and maintain positions for CWF/Vendor workforce.
  4. Data Verification: Verify and maintain accurate data, seeking clarification when necessary.
  5. Audit Support: Assist in audit requests as needed.
