Key Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity across various systems. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing transactional CWF/Vendor data requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across Lighthouse, SuccessFactors (SF), and downstream systems.
  • Managing data integrations from Lighthouse to SF, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Efficiently managing line leader changes, minimizing disruptions to workflow.
  • Creating and maintaining positions for CWF/Vendor workforce, aligning with organizational needs.
  • Verifying and maintaining accurate data, seeking clarification when necessary to ensure data quality.
  • Participating in system enhancements and upgrades, leveraging HR master data experience to drive innovation.
  • Assisting in preparing various reports, providing insights into organizational performance.
  • Supporting audit requests as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with UAT and test scripts for system upgrades, validating functionality.
  • Ensuring contractor data confidentiality and restricting access appropriately, maintaining data security.
  • Aligning HRIS processes with industry best practices, driving excellence in data management.
  • Identifying solutions for CWF/Vendor master data queries, resolving complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Vendor onboarding administration processes, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of organizational culture.
  • Experience with business process change and end-user training within the oil & gas and mining sectors, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP), with a deep understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Experience with MyPass or similar contractor competency management systems, with a focus on data management and analytics.
  • Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors is essential, with a strong understanding of its technical capabilities.
