Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is now available for one Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with senior managers to understand a decision they need your help to make.
  • Engage domain experts to understand the business process and how real-world actions are recorded in front-end systems.
  • Identify, extract, analyze, and visualize relevant data, then present your results and recommendations via an easy-to-understand report, infographic, or interactive dashboard.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that arise.
  • Document and coach other team members on what you've learned about business processes, data sources, and definitions.
Requirements
  • Natural or learned critical thinking skills,
  • Strong analytical skills, a quantitative mindset, and ability to work with large and complex data sets,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly,
  • Excellent attention to detail,
  • Strong planning skills, and
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a quantitative subject (such as mathematics, business, science, engineering, or information technology) or professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of database and business intelligence concepts;
  • Exposure or experience in common industry tools such as Power BI, and SQL Server Management Studio, as well as coding or query languages.
