Job Description

As the sole HR Advisor, you will have direct access to the CFO and Managing Director. You will work in a fast-paced commercial environment that values HR's strategic role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Overseeing contracts, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with business objectives
  • Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture
  • Supervising and supporting the Payroll & HR Officer, including leave coverage

Requirements for this role include:

Qualifications and Experience

Formal qualifications in Human Resources are essential. You will also need:

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner with a strong generalist capability
  • Expertise in HR operations and strategy with a pragmatic and commercially-minded approach
  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR projects
  • Proven track record of advising senior stakeholders and working autonomously
