  • About the Job
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and processing sales through the tourism industry, working closely with travel agents and tour operators to promote our products and services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ticketing
      • Manage bookings in our ticketing platform, ensuring accurate and timely communication with agents and customers.
      • Upload and maintain content and pricing for online travel agents (OTAs) and channel managers.
      • Perform regular audits of OTA partners to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Accounts Receivable
      • Ensure all tourism distributors are contracted and maintain accurate records of terms and conditions.
      • Manage reservations and credit accounts, ensuring timely payment from customers.
      • Produce outstanding invoice summaries and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Sales & Marketing
      • Process large numbers of ticket orders across multiple events, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery.
      • Assist with ticket coordination for famil events and trade shows.
      • Represent our organization at travel trade events, promoting our products and services.
      • Create and distribute marketing collateral, including rates sheets and fact sheets.
    About You

We are seeking an individual with:

  • At least one year of experience in ticketing or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience using Tessitura or similar ticketing technology.
  • High level IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
