Lead Multiple Iconic Tourism Accounts – Senior Account Manager

Sydney-Based Hybrid Role | 30 Hours 4 Days per Week | Represent World-Class Tourism Brands

Ready to take the reins of multiple high-profile tourism accounts and lead the teams that deliver exceptional results?

Linkd Tourism, is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to manage and direct a portfolio of world-class tourism brands. You will be responsible for both hands-on account management and providing strategic account leadership. This includes directing Account Managers, PR teams, and resources to fulfil each contract, while working closely with our PR & Marketing Director, Strategic Director, and Growth Director to deliver bold, industry-leading campaigns.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and results
  • Lead and inspire the teams responsible for delivering client objectives
  • Own the budgets, reporting, and timelines for each account
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships that lead to contract growth and renewals
  • Drive creative marketing, PR, and trade engagement initiatives
  • Represent our clients at major industry events across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts and leading teams
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage budgets and exceed KPIs.

This role offers the opportunity to step into an Account Director-level position once you've demonstrated success in leading multiple accounts and delivering outstanding results.
