Financial Reporting Leader: We are seeking a highly qualified finance leader to lead our financial reporting and control team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across senior leadership and wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing financial reporting and control team\r
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, driving accuracy and efficiency improvements\r
  • Direct accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, procurement, payments, and custodial services\r
  • Coordinate successor fund transfer (SFT) accounting in line with acquisition activity\r
  • Drive process transformation, automation, and reduced month-end close timelines\r
  • Provide accounting advice and strategic direction to meet compliance and reporting excellence goals\r
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and timely resolution of issues\r
  • Promote an ethical, collaborative, and member-focused culture aligned with our values\r

Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, CA or CPA, significant financial reporting experience in complex, regulated environments, deep technical accounting expertise, and proficiency in ERP systems such as Technology One.
