
Sales Manager for Cryptocurrency Partnerships

As an Institutional Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the fast-growing crypto & blockchain industry.
Identify, pitch, and onboard clients for a variety of services, from traditional financial products to custom cryptocurrency solutions. Craft and tailor your approach to meet client needs, using your creativity and expertise to identify opportunities and drive business results.
Pitch relevant Crypto.com products, such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking, to institutional clients. Represent Crypto.com at conferences and events, increasing awareness of our institutional business products and services.
Maintain ongoing contact with clients, track feedback, and recommend product improvements.
- Identify and reach out to institutional client leads
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant Crypto.com products
- Represent Crypto.com at conferences and events
- Conduct community outreach activities
- Research market trends in the crypto institutional space
- Draft and close client or partnership agreements
- Propose new crypto institutional offerings
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients
We track key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
- Number of new clients onboarded
- Volume of client transactions
- Revenue & profit generated
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales
- 1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales - Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker
- Familiarity with institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody and staking
- A network/book of clients in the cryptocurrency space that includes cryptocurrency hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, HFT, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, as well as clients seeking custody solutions
- Excellent command of professional written & oral English
