  • Oversee the management of workplace injury cases from initial reporting through to return-to-work.
  • Manage workers compensation portfolios in the Queensland and New South Wales jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate medical case conferences with injured workers and medical practitioners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for injured workers, providing end-to-end support and guidance throughout their recovery and return-to-work process.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated injury management efforts that meet the needs of both the employee and the organisation.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all injury management activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary degree qualification in health science or an allied health profession.
  • Injury management qualification.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health Safety.
