About The Role
We are seeking a Workplace Injury Recovery Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. While preferred experience in injury management is beneficial, we welcome candidates with skills that align with the role.
We offer training and support to ensure your success in this position.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with injured workers, their representatives, host clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes.
- Working closely with managers on return-to-work activities, rehabilitation initiatives, reasonable adjustments, injury prevention, and safe return to work after workplace injuries.
- Maintaining accurate information and processes within our Injury Management Software.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.
About You
To excel in this role, you must be a self-motivated individual with a drive to deliver results and a passion for helping others succeed.
You will also possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a return-to-work or injury management position is highly regarded but not essential.
- The ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite products and online injury management software.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your level of experience. This compensation package reflects the importance we place on your contributions to our team.
