Affordable Injury Law Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Injury Compensation Lawyer to join our Brisbane, Queensland office.

As a prominent national plaintiff firm with over 35 years of success, we offer an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

This key role will involve mentoring and guidance from a seasoned special counsel, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in CTP/motor vehicle accidents and public liability claims.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, advocating on their behalf, and ensuring they receive the justice they deserve.

Requirements:
  • Law graduate (to be admitted in the next 3 months) or admitted lawyer in QLD;
  • Minimum 12 months+ (or more) QLD personal injury law experience (including in CTP/motor vehicle accidents and public liability);
  • Strong understanding of relevant QLD CTP legislation/court practice and procedure, litigation experience, and strong communication and advocacy skills;
  • Self-accountable, proactive, and 'can-do' attitude;
  • Hungry to further advance your career long-term with a fast-growing national plaintiff firm in a key VIP role.
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum. Please note that salary is negotiable based on experience.
