Knowledge Manager for Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Knowledge Manager to spearhead the transformation of our internal knowledge management framework.
This is a critical opportunity to drive business growth through better management of internal knowledge, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement actionable processes, standards, and procedures aligned with our strategic goals.
- Evaluate and embed best practices across the organization to improve collaboration, consistency, and content quality.
- Design and deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities and adoption of knowledge management practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration by working closely with stakeholders.
- 4+ years' experience in knowledge management, information science, or related field, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting process and procedure writing.
- Extensive experience in developing standards, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Confluence and Salesforce in the context of knowledge management.
