Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at Tiffany & Co., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding profitability targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead, develop, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve individual sales plans and foster client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with internal and external clients
- Nurturing and developing our client portfolio through meaningful commercial outreach
- SUPPORTING THE STORE MANAGER IN ORGANIZING AND HOSTING EVENTS FOR CLIENTS
- Creating exceptional experiences for our clients - we strive to exceed their expectations
- Becoming an expert on product and sales training modules
- Assisting in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors
- Assisting with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum three years' supervisory or management experience
- SOUND SALES EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL OR RELEVANT CUSTOMER-RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs
- Experience in organizing events is a plus
- The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism both with clients and staff members
- Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.)
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
