Job Title: IT Intern, ANZ

The IT Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the TechEx team's daily operations, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of technical processes and project activities across both the Sydney office and the broader teams in Australia and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow the TechEx Team: Work alongside the TechEx team to gain firsthand experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, learning best practices in customer service and problem-solving.
  • Meeting Room Management: Conduct routine checks of the six meeting rooms in the Sydney office to verify that all AV equipment, cables, TVs, and other technical assets are in good working order.
  • Power Automate and Workflow Assistance: Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and refine automated workflows using Power Automate, enhancing efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Asset Management and Governance: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from deployment to disposal, ensuring accurate records are maintained at all stages.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Degree: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT concepts and a strong desire to learn about technical support and IT operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, contributing to group efforts and supporting shared goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, especially when handling technical documentation and tracking assets.
