Job Opportunity: Customer Service and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage customer relationships, administer processes, and coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and administration support. As the key point of contact for customers throughout their homebuilding journey, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of construction projects and maintaining positive customer interactions.

About The Role
  • Manage a portfolio of customers from pre-site through to settlement, providing administrative support and coordination services as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of construction projects.
  • Prepare documentation and approvals required to commence building, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the homebuilding process.
  2. Administering processes and coordinating activities to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including preparation of reports and updates as required.
  4. Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the building industry or a related field.
  • Strong administration and customer service skills, with the ability to read and interpret building contracts and drawings.
  • Proactive mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with experience in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
