**Job Title:** Home Care Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in helping older people maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Connecting with customers across phone, email, and more to provide proactive, high-quality support.
  • Partnering with our Support Team and Service Partners to onboard new customers and guide them through their home care journey.
  • Couching and empowering customers to manage their own home care packages and achieve their personal goals.
