Home Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Support Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support services to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping tasks
- Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, including transfers, ambulation, and exercise programs
- Provide complex care for clients with high care needs, such as dementia
- Offer social and emotional support to clients and their families
- Diploma or Certificate III in Aged Care or related field
- Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Guaranteed hours and shifts
- Award rate $32.74 per hour + Super + Paid KM's
