About this Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Strategist to join our team. As a Small Business Acquisition Expert, you will work with clients to navigate the complex process of buying small businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation methods, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of the business acquisition process, including identifying potential businesses to purchase, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and providing recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop a customized acquisition strategy and providing ongoing support throughout the transaction process.
  • Helping clients navigate legal and financial requirements related to small business acquisitions.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business consulting or related fields, with a focus on small business acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM tools.
