
Operational Compliance Specialist

- Audit Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities across all operational areas.
- Policies and Procedures: Design, develop, and maintain organisational policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyse audit findings and compliance metrics to provide evidence-based recommendations for management.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead systematic improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Ensure organisational currency with legislative changes and aged care and disability services requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in policy development and/or internal auditing.
- Understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Criminal Record Check and COVID vaccinations.
