About This Opportunity

The role of Early Childhood Performance and Planning Advisor is critical in understanding community needs and supporting service providers in delivering quality programs. This fixed-term position focuses on ensuring access to high-quality early childhood education and care for all children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Providing strategic advice and support to local government, community service organisations, and early childhood providers
  • Effective management of service agreements between the Department of Education and funded organisations

This position requires exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with a relevant tertiary qualification desirable. A current Working With Children Check is also required.
