Early Childhood Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated allied health professional to implement the NDIS Early Childhood Approach, supporting children under nine years of age who have a developmental delay or disability and their families/carers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to build strong relationships with families, community organisations, clinical services and education settings while facilitating access to early intervention pathways and NDIS support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the NDIS Early Childhood Approach to support children under nine years of age who have a developmental delay or disability and their families/carers.
  • Support families in accessing the most appropriate early intervention pathway, including community supports and NDIS services.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with families, community organisations, clinical services and education settings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent area.
  • Current Working with Children's Check or VIT registration.
  • National Police Criminal History Check.
