Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in connecting customers with their local team.

The purpose of this role is to create and maintain a service schedule for our customers that meets their needs, preferences, and budget. You will work collaboratively with the local team to respond to customer requests and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

About the Role

This is a varied role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining front line worker rosters to ensure the most effective use of resources and to help make our organization a great place to work.

You will also contribute to resource planning, collect customer information, and complete administrative updates on relevant systems. Additionally, you will receive customer payments and resolve customer invoice queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a service schedule for customers that meets their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Maintain front line worker rosters to ensure effective use of resources
  • Contribute to resource planning
  • Collect customer information and complete administrative updates
  • Receive customer payments and resolve customer invoice queries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer-centered, scheduling environment
  • Experience supporting people living with disability, on the mental health recovery journey, and/or seniors
  • A passion for developing and nurturing relationships with customers, their families, and other key stakeholders
  • Able to work both autonomously and within a high-functioning team
  • Team player and collaborative problem solver
  • Fantastic work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in the Microsoft Office package
