Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Sheridan Outlet Castle Hill. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling premium products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through meaningful interactions with customers">
  • Sell premium products by highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions">
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure stock levels are adequate">
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards">
  • Achieve sales targets through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration">

About the Role

This is a casual/part-time role that requires flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
