About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Luxury Beauty Ambassador in Sydney DFS The Rocks. This part-time opportunity will involve working with customers, providing exceptional service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, understanding customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales and service goals through effective communication, product knowledge, and visual merchandising skills.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and product expertise.
  • Maintain store standards, adhering to company guidelines for visual presentation, stock management, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or sales, preferably in a luxury beauty environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A professional appearance and attitude, with a keen sense of style and fashion awareness.
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to meet business demands.
  • English language proficiency, with Mandarin and Cantonese language skills an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of AU$45,000 - AU$60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
