Job Description:
Risk Compliance Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Risk Compliance Manager to play a critical role in embedding and enhancing regulatory compliance capability across our Divisions.
This is a leadership opportunity to mentor Compliance Analysts and collaborate across the three lines of defence to deliver best-practice compliance outcomes.
We require a strong understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective compliance controls.
You will work closely with Business Unit leaders, Line 2 (Group Risk), and other stakeholders to provide pragmatic compliance advice, design and implement effective controls, and monitor adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
This is an initial 24 month contract with potential view to extension.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field is essential, and professional certifications such as AACI or ACI 10980NAT will be highly regarded.
Key skills include: analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-aligned solutions, and confidence in conducting control gap assessments, compliance monitoring, and root cause analysis.
