Compliance Risk Management Professional

This role plays a crucial part in the organisation's compliance risk management framework.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake regular compliance assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide compliance advice and support.
  • Review and monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk and compliance matters to business leaders.
  • Support colleagues across the organisation to ensure consistent implementation of compliance frameworks.
Deliverables
  • Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Partner with colleagues to drive alignment and consistency in compliance frameworks.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or professional certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 5+ years' experience in a similar role or compliance function within the financial services industry is preferred.
