Job Title

A leading organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to establish and own the quality assurance function for a growing software platform. This is a key role where you will define the QA strategy, lead both functional and automated testing, and lay the foundations for future scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement QA processes and frameworks
  • Define test strategy across functional and automation testing
  • Build automated test coverage using Selenium with Java (or similar stack)
  • Perform manual functional testing where required
  • Collaborate with engineering, product and delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Create test plans, write and maintain test cases, and manage defect tracking

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA in a software or SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on skills in test automation (Selenium with Java preferred)
  • Solid experience in functional testing and test case design
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams
