Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing efforts in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to drive quality assurance and testing strategies.

  • 5+ years of experience in data-focused testing roles, with at least 2 years in a test leadership or coordination capacity.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience testing data pipelines and transformations.
  • Proven track record in data migration projects, ideally involving Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., data lakes, Delta Lake).
  • Experience managing testing efforts across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of data-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on quality assurance best practices.
