Job Description

As a Manager, Real Estate Valuation & Advisory, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced and dedicated Healthcare Team within a national Real Estate, Transactions and Delivery practice.

You will assist on and be at the forefront of major healthcare valuations and transactions, providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.

Key responsibilities include conducting vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector, as well as providing market research and trend analysis and contributing to thought leadership papers.

You will also collaborate on new and innovative healthcare practices, support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients, and utilize real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
