Pharmacy Beauty and Wellness Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and hands-on professional to drive success across national pharmacy partners in a dynamic beauty and wellness business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work with innovative brands, collaborate with passionate people, and make a real impact.
This role involves supporting the sales team in strengthening relationships with pharmacy partners, coordinating daily activities with third-party sales teams, and managing orders, stock levels, and deliveries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strengthening pharmacy partner relationships through consistent execution and communication.
- Managing orders, tracking stock levels, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Preparing sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and assisting with forecasting.
- Providing excellent customer service, supporting in-store activations, and training pharmacy staff.
- Coodinating new product launches and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, account support, or customer service, preferably in the beauty, wellness, FMCG, or pharmacy industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, partners, and sales teams.
- The ability to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude.
