Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Account Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Review and reconcile accounts to ensure timely and accurate transactions
  • Prepare internal reports on financial status
  • Debt collection and managing obligations to suppliers

Requirements:

  • Finance or Accounting background
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including XERO
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with debt collection regulations

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time hours (4 hours/day x 5 days/week)
  • On-site work with a private office
  • Opportunity for temporary to permanent role

Important Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • XERO experience
  • Previous experience in debt collection and account management
