The role offers:

  • Exposure to major domestic and global financial institutions across Investment Management and Investment Banking
  • Responsibility for managing a significant book of accounts within the first 12 months

As a Client Solutions Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of FactSet's business, products, and clients through rigorous training and on-the-job experience
  • Effectively communicating with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
  • Managing a group of assigned accounts and maintaining healthy relationships with clients
  • Customizing solutions to fit individual client workflows and providing expert software training

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Australian citizenship, PR, or New Zealand citizenship
  • Fresh graduates or finance professionals with less than 3 years of working experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • A background or strong interest in Finance or FinTech industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
