About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Administration Team Lead to join our team at South Coast Radiology in Tweed Heads.

As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our reception team, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our patients and referring doctors.

You will work closely with the Radiographer in Charge (RIC) to develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the reception team to achieve high levels of patient satisfaction and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure efficient workflows and minimize waiting times.
  • Work collaboratively with the RIC to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance patient care.
  • Mentor and train new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in radiology administration, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
