Team Supervisor Opportunity in Radiology

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Supervisor to manage a dynamic reception team within a radiology setting.

The ideal candidate will have a background in radiology and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the reception team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
  • Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and task delegation for the reception team
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and providing guidance to reception staff
  • Handle escalated inquiries, patient concerns, and workflow adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with radiology and healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience, ideally within a radiology or healthcare reception setting
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and professional work environment
  • Knowledge of radiology practices and patient care expectations
  • Proficiency in healthcare scheduling systems and office software
