The Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Team Leader to join our team at South Coast Radiology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our Clerical Team and ensuring seamless operation of our reception services. Your role will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to our Clerical Team
  • Mentoring and training team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensuring excellent customer service delivery through continuous improvement and coaching
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships across the business
  • An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in radiology administration, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • Leadership abilities to support the team and practices
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to meet targets
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on completing high-quality work

About You

As a motivated and experienced professional, you possess:

  • A strong understanding of radiology billing policies and procedures
  • Experience using RIS platforms, ideally Karisma
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, and Inpatient billing
