At South Coast Radiology, we are seeking an experienced Radiology Administration Team Lead to join our team at Tweed Heads. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

This is a Full-time Maternity Contract position working 38 hours per week. Reporting to the Southern Clerical Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the site Clerical Team and Clerical Rovers
  • Providing support and mentoring to the site reception teams
  • Delivering continuous training and development to the site reception teams
  • Exceeding patient and referrer expectations through exceptional customer service delivery
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to demonstrate care, compassion, and empathy
  • Maintaining excellent attention to detail for patient confidentiality
  • Diary Management
  • Maintaining practice and clerical appearance standards
  • Interpersonal skills to build partnerships and foster collaborative relationships across the business
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated Radiology administration experience and leadership abilities, with a strong attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality work. Experience using RIS platforms, ideally Karisma, and knowledge of radiology billing policies and procedures, including Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, and Inpatient billing, is also essential.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
