Service Delivery Director

This is a key leadership role within our Diagnostic Imaging team, responsible for delivering high-quality radiology services across multiple locations. As a Regional Services Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Perth sites, ensuring excellence in clinical delivery and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site operations to ensure timely reporting and compliance with imaging protocols, safety, and accreditation standards
- Maintain optimal functionality and servicing of imaging equipment, coordinating rosters, leave management, and after-hours support
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development, driving compliance with HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Act as a liaison between radiologists, referrers, clerical teams, and clinical staff, representing Perth operations in leadership forums and company-wide initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging (Radiography or Sonography)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in radiology or healthcare operations
- Strong RIS/PACS knowledge and understanding of radiology workflows, proven leadership and team management skills
- A strategic mindset with a collaborative and results-driven approach, commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional patient outcomes
