This is a part-time opportunity to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

Working across split shifts, you will support the service's operating hours of Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm. You can pick up block shifts during school holidays too.

About the Role

As a Coordinator, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

  • Develop and facilitate engaging programs full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service, ensuring compliance and administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with kids, has strong communication skills, and is a team player with a desire to become a service leader.

  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.
