Medical Imaging Leadership Position

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Radiographer to assume a leadership position within our Medical Imaging team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical imaging services, overseeing the performance of others, and driving innovation in clinical practice.

  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure the delivery of medical imaging services aligns with professional standards and protocols.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the Medical Imaging team to achieve outstanding results and exceed performance targets.
  2. Providing expert clinical guidance to radiographers and other team members to ensure consistency in patient care.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical imaging techniques and best practices to drive innovation in clinical practice.
Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

  • Strong leadership experience in the radiology industry, preferably with a team management background.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Advanced clinical skills in general radiography and CT, with MRI experience preferred.
