Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to take on a leadership role in our Medical Imaging Department. As the Assistant Chief Radiographer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the department and managing strong relationships with radiologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Radiographers to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
- Develop and implement continuing professional development and quality programs that meet the department's needs.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Radiographer and recent clinical experience.
- Postgraduate studies relevant to the position and demonstrated experience in department management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of RANZCR Accreditation guidelines and ACHS accreditation standards.
