About the role
Provide advanced clinical, technical, and operational advice to clinicians within and external to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, and Surgical Treatment and Rehabilitation Service, Department of Medical Imaging.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Prescribed professional and ethical standards including Queensland Health's core values and code of conduct.
Independently deliver high-level and complex clinical CT services across a wide scope, including emergency, specialised outpatient, and inpatient services.
Provide formal clinical practice supervision to graduate and student radiographers and trainee CT staff, supporting both internal and education sector training pathways.
Provide support to the team leaders by undertaking operational management activities that support all aspects of the CT service delivery. Provide formal operational management relief during a team leader's absence.
