Are you prepared to spearhead transformative change in reproductive rights worldwide? We seek individuals who share our commitment to ensuring every individual has the autonomy to decide their own future.
This is a rare opportunity for visionary leaders to drive strategic direction, sustainability, and systems change for sexual and reproductive health and rights across underserved communities.
Our VisionWe are proudly pro-choice, feminist, and grounded in the belief that reproductive freedom is fundamental to a fair and thriving society. Our programs span Asia and the Pacific, reaching those who face the greatest barriers to care—because we believe no one should be left behind.
- Contribute your expertise to strengthen our resilience, partnerships, and impact.
- Be part of a values-aligned, supportive board with a shared vision for social justice.
- Use your voice and networks to champion choice and bodily autonomy in a time of global backlash.
We are seeking individuals with demonstrated leadership and experience in one or more of the following:
- Governance and strategy – board or executive-level experience in guiding mission-driven organizations.
- Fundraising and partnerships – including philanthropy, major gifts, or income diversification.
- Finance and risk management – financial oversight, audit, investment, or enterprise risk management.
We strongly encourage candidates with an understanding of SRHR, locally led development, and global health to apply. We value diversity in all its forms.
