Are you a strategic leader who wants to drive change in reproductive rights?

We're seeking professionals to join our Board of Directors and help shape a more just and equitable region for women in all their diversity.

As a board member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, sustainability, and systems change for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) across under-served communities.

  • Set the strategic direction of an NGO working at the intersection of health, rights, and gender equity
  • Contribute expertise to strengthen resilience, partnerships, and impact
  • Be part of a values-aligned, supportive board with a shared vision for social justice

We're looking for individuals with demonstrated leadership experience in governance, fundraising, finance, or related fields.

MSSIAP values diversity in all its forms and encourages candidates with an understanding of SRHR, locally led development, and global health to apply.

Key responsibilities include attending quarterly board meetings, joining working groups, and supporting fundraising and advocacy efforts as a public champion of our work.

Main Responsibilities:
